Rebounding with My Breakthrough

Rebounding with My Breakthrough

Rebounding with my breakthrough. This is you. But too often you're being so hard on yourself, your daily breakthroughs are not being recognized. You bought into the conditioned mental belief that says, 'if it's not complicated, it's not effective'. I can relate this this. It's time to lay this mindset to rest.

When you do a mind shift and simplify how you see your things, you attain them being sustained with living more at ease because of it. Did you know? Your breakthrough means you need to break through you. Know yourself better and get your breakthrough(s). Start commending yourself for your soft and hard breakthroughs, because you have them daily, even though you may not be acknowledging them. When you start finding out more about yourself, ask yourself this, 'is my perspective helping or hindering me'? You should want to know this. Because, why not?

Think on this, as you navigate your life's path you will need to determine if the thing in front of you is a bridge or a barrier. Will you go over it, under it, or stay stuck, hoping someone rescues you? For the things on your left and on the right of your path, are they distractions, or something worth detouring for and exploring? And, for the thing that's behind you, do you go back to it? Should you revert, revisit, or remain there? Your role is to get really good at knowing you. If you learn that your perspective is hindering and not helping you, then you're also aware you need to do some breakthroughs with you.
